The beginnings of a scary movie/epidemic with high security technology

There’s building something on the outskirts of town that looks like it’s around Square one. Think buildings like Tron and marvel movie shit. There’s a scientists I’m helping, she has some disease we’re trying to cure and others are getting this disease as well. I’m driving to go to the mall with someone’s mom. I keep calling her aunt and she’s not related to me. We pass by bikes and there circular in build and are in charging docks that rotate and charge two motorbikes at a time - they’re electric and light up blue. This is some altered carbon shit. Something is wrong and I can feel it in my bones. William from single parents is the head doctor and it’s very grim. I tell them I’m hands on deck until I start school in September. There is dust everyone and people are wearing high tech masks with intense filters everywhere. It’s like the beginning of something really big - idk what but something really big and bad.
