oddly placed six pack

i dreamt about being at my nan's house and i was lifting some boxes and all a sudden i had a six pack, but i could move it around inside of me. it was like a metal plate had been stuck inside of me and it became my six pack. so for the rest of the dream i had a oddly placed six pack which was sort of being pushed towards my left rib.
