Stepping Inside A Doctor Who Episode

I was with my brother, trying to find this Doctor Who location that had apparently featured in an episode. We came across the place that seemed to be this large private school with impressive grounds. I set off inside whilst my brother stayed behind. Someone confused my brother for a Doctor Who fan and started talking to him about Patrick Troughton and Jon Pertwee (my brother isn't a fan at all). As I stepped inside, the school transformed into how it looked in the Doctor Who episode. I was inside the episode, and I watched as the Thirteenth Doctor posed as a student at an adult school. The teacher brought her to the front of the class and told her off in front of everyone for her naughty behaviour.
