More relationship nightmares

Ugh man. I’m tired of these dreams. They’re seriously haunting me. Two nights ago I basically had a repeat dream of one I had a few months ago. My bf started dating someone else while we were dating and decided he wanted to be with her. I found out while we were in a restaurant. My bf and the new girl didn’t seem to care about my feelings or what they were doing, almost laughing about it. I was going crazy and screamed to the whole restaurant that he was cheating on me and how they were even doing s stuff together while we were together. People stopped eating their dinner for a second to look at me. It seemed like they thought I was crazy or like they didn’t care. A middle aged man on the table closest to me looked at me like I was wasting my energy and said something like “just let it go” or “let it be.” Then last night I dreamt he cheated on me and had s with a girl at his apartment. My mom said “maybe she seduced him.” Man these are disturbing!
