I wrote a letter for someone in my mock trial

Date: 9/22/2019

So before I fell asleep I used my methods to have sleep paralysis and it was wierdly calming! It only took seconds until I was at Mock trial practice and I wanted to give a letter to someone so I was looking around for him and after I gave him the letter I sat down in a chair and started to work with our groups., I was so tired, so so tired. Just as I drifted off to sleep Someone tried to wake me up he said “ wake her before she can’t move” I already couldn’t move, I was paralyzed and every one was laughing at me “ just move your arms just move your arms” I couldn’t move, I was stuck with my eyes closed. To make matters worse people at Thomas Paine were there laughing at me. That was in my dream. I tried to wake myself up but I couldn’t. It was so scary.
