Lucid dream inside another dream (flying at mountains)

Date: 4/24/2021

I dreamed that I was dreaming and running and jumping at mountains cliffs suddenly I realized that I was inside a dream so I starts flying between theses cliffs and afraid to someone wake me up from my dream. After that thought I waked up but into another dream that I was eating lunch with my mom and my passed away ant but didn't realize that I was dreaming.
