Small baby

I gave birth to a very small baby. It was so extremely small but I realized I hadn’t ever seen a newborn before so I guess it is just this small. My friend had given birth a few days earlier. I kept accidentally leaving her. I didn’t really care about having a baby. She was the size of a small loaf of bread. I think it was a kangaroo situation where she wasn’t fully grown and needed to continue developing outside the womb. She opened her eyes and later said mama and I said “wow that was fast”. I was at the beach. Some guy found her there and brought her back to me.
