Short lucid or projection

I couldn't sleep till 2 am and was trying to meditate also expecting astral projection. I went to sleep in my sons room. Suddenly the door opens and I see my wife coming in carrying her sheets she says she can't sleep either and is also going to try sleeping here. Which never ever happens. She hates to leave her bedroom. So I realise that it cannot be true and I am dreaming. So I sort of shrug it off and think I am out of the dream since I am aware of it. But next moment I see her drinking water from a plastic bottle that is a miniature version of the ones we keep at our bedside in night. And while she drinks water I see that bottle in medium sharp green light in the background which again we do not have anywhere in our house. I realise the dream is continuing. Just then I wake up😕
