guy with an axe

So this was a dream inside a dream. I dreamt that I dreamt of a guy, running in the street at night with an axe in his hand. I remember thinking he was Norman Bates and he kinda looked like Freddie Highmore, who played Norman in the Bates Motel series. He slowed his running and started yelling “I killed my wife! I killed my sister!” And then he swiftly lifted the axe to his skull and bashed it in a few times. There was blood and brains dripping down, and the whole thing was just very graphic. But then I “woke up” from that dream (while still inside my dream) and I think I told my mom about it.
