Pregnancy?

Backstory: my husband and I have three little girls. He got a vasectomy after the last one was born. I had a dream that I was interning at the local hospital. I had gotten sick and was admitted for a few hours where they ran a plethora of tests. One of those tests being a pregnancy test. It came back positive. somehow I knew it was a boy. I was in shock and kept it a secret because my husband wouldn't believe that it was his, but I took a shower and felt the baby moving. it was undeniable at that point. When I did tell my husband, I simply leaned in and whispered in his ear 'your son will be here in june'. I have no idea how I knew the due date, or the gender. but my husband just seemed to ignore me and go about his business. it was trippy....and it has me rattled.
