Stuck in Elevator

I was walking towards a familiar looking building. It looked like an apartment complex and I was entering from the back. There was a man dressed as a cook in black attire throwing out some trash. I remember not being able to get in because the door was locked but the man came to me after disposing the trash and opened the door with ease. He smirked at me and I felt offended this young man could open a door better than I. I ask him about the building and he begins giving me a tour. It was truly bizarre. First floor looked like my old building nothing special. I remember the man saying there was nothing special about the first couple floors but I didn't think much about it. On the 3rd and 4th I noticed there was less and less apartments and the lighting was becoming darker. He mentioned something about alcoholics but I can't remember exactly what. Then on the fifth floor that's when I saw just 1 apartment. It looked very fancy with glass doors and beautiful lighting. I was able to see inside it from a distance and there was costs on display and the whole apartment, from what I can see, was marbled.The entrance was odd though. There was no way to get to the door since the floor infront leads down with an escalator. And this escalator had spikes as if to discourage anyone from going on it. I asked who lived there and the young man said something like "there's a man here who's going to be assassinated. No one is allowed in or out". I thought it was weird how someone can stay in their home knowing they would be killed but it was their life. The place began changing as I moved thought the building. Before I knew it I was in a mall. The young man I was with lost my side and I started calling out for him. I don't know if I knew the bastard's name but I soon realized he left me. I walked around the mall. It was like no place I knew. With stores I've never heard of. I do remember seeing a ton of familiar faces however. There was a girl in a dark green sweater eating yogurt that I thought I knew but realized I was staring at a stranger eating yogurt. Then I thought I saw my brother but this time it was actually my brother. He was with my aunt and cousins. For some reason, I hid only to be found by one of my other cousins. I started telling him about this building/mall and he seemed intrigued by the man who's to be killed and I began to lead him to where the apartment was. I remember him telling me the place was called 'Rona'. I think we got lost later on and found an elevator. We took the elevator and I remember my cousin pressing the lowest button when we should be going to the main floor to begin there. The doors to the elevator shut and we shot downwards with insane speed. I thought we were going to die but then the ride came to a hault. I tried forcing the doors open but I wasn't able to open them that wide. On the outside, I saw my brother but the elevator was caged from the outside. The cousin and I were definitely trapped. My brother called some 'specialist' and the person showed up immediately. He was the cartoon looking character with a big belly, worn out wife beater, and his cheeks looked so swollen and red that they were blocking most of his vision. He orders me and the cousin to do something with the "bars and wheels" but he spoke too fast and I was stressed. When I asked "what", he looked annoyed and repeated "take out the bars and wheels from from the inside". I was confused but the cousin got on it right away. He was detaching stuff from the buttons and taking out these bars and wheels. This was all so confusing and I didn't understand how it would could help us. The next this I remember is this 'specialist' pulled out a mini table and beer for everyone. I remember him saying that it would hurt when we fall so take a drink. I could understand anything about the situation. All I knew was that I was trapped and everyone was just calm. I ended up taking a beer but everyone past out.
