Just being a gay vampire ig

I had some random kids n like 1 or 2 families i let live in my castle, they were cool n i was hiding them from whatever evil people were lookin for em. The kids were real nice; silly kind n mischievous lil friends. Maybe my castle was just somewhere people knew they’d be safe at if they stayed? anyways, eventually my s/o wandered along t hide from some shitty people or they were just wandering, maybe they took risks n wanted t check it out. They walked around a bit n saw the nice kids n families; the place was honestly a discordant mess idk who designed the castle but some walls n stairs were just completely destroyed.. eventually they followed me to the top after watching me play with the nice kids n feed the families n fix up the place. They got really comfortable with me real fast despite being a vampire n all. Just plopped right down n gave reassuring back rubs n didn’t hesitate t let me lay against their shoulder. Just wanted t be friends with a vampire. They got t live there until it was safe but they never left n helped me keep the friends safe. It was just gay n cute tbh
