Attacked by a immortal dog

Me and my friend were in a house. Suddenly, a killer dog came after us. For some reason, my friend had a shotgun and shot the dog. It looked dead and we thought we killed it but a couple seconds later, it got back up and came after us again. We were gonna die but I had the idea to try to tame it. I tamed it and we became friends.
