Conveyor belt

I do not remember how the dream began but I do remember I was watching video surveillance of a tragedy that happened. A man fell into a (meat or wood dont know) grinder and was trying to crawl up the conveyor belt before meeting the small slot where the gears and cutter was. The conveyor belt is going down about 45 degrees and it not fast just a flowing pace. During this time of me watching what is happening there is a random old lady on the belt as well and when she falls through her body instantly falls ragdoll and her body is in pieces. There is audio, not great quality about the same quality as a dash cam recording. The man seems to be calling 911 and telling them what is happening.He gets closer to the cutters and immediately gets sucked in it and there is loud screaming. I see his body on the camera and he is almost completely flat with checkered cut marks all over his back. He is still screaming and the conveyor belt carries his body and back around to go through the process again this time when he goes through it's for good. He is no longer screaming just sounds of bone and flesh. All of a sudden I am transported to where he is on the belt but I am sitting there looking at him and he is on his stomach again trying to crawl away (towards me). He is reliving this torture and this time I am with him.I look to my left and see an opening, a room with pipes and knobs and standing there is a boy with down syndrome. I roll off and he is completely static. Not moving. Not talking just there. I turn back to the man and the slit where the machine chops is within arms length. The man is still trying to crawl right next to me and tells me to call the cops. I grab his phone and I have no signal, I send out a mass text to everyone in his phone book saying where is, what's happening and to call the cops. Only hoping that the message would send. I remember looking around the room for a way out and trying to climb on some pipes. The man started falling through the grinder right next to me but I didnt turn around to look. I saw his still but breathing body come down the conveyor belt again and go through the machine a second time. Hearing the same sounds as I did earlier of his body against the machine I somehow popped up on the surface. It seemed to be a park in winter. No people around but snow covering all of the ground. There was a huge hole in the ground with no snow in it yet and all of a sudden as I am walking to the hole I hear a news report in my mind. The news report talks about how in this tragic accident the man who was on the phone tragically lost his life but the other boy with downs survived. I peer into the hole and it looks like a tunnel was built to get down into the pipe room and he was walking out of the hole. I then remember teleporting back into the room all over again with the man still on the conveyor belt and I looked at the walls and they were all cement. I was wondering how they were able to build the cave to escape.
