Lucid Dream or Not

So I start off in this brown wooden house I remember seeing a lady cooking food and then I became suspicious because this isn't my house and I don't know this person then I realized that I was dreaming and I start to gain control over myself and I tried to teleport out of there into outside because I don't know what would happen if the lady saw me if I stayed there so then I tried to do some techniques from online to try to get out of there the first one I tried was the imagine what would be behind a door so I tried to do that and then I realized there are no doors in this place so I tried to think of something but before that the dream ends. next dream: I woke up in this dream from my lucid dream and so I went to the kitchen to get something to eat and that's all I remember.
