After brain surgery dream

I had a dream earlier about getting brain surgery, this dream was after I went back to sleep. I was with my dad and grandma. We went to my uncles place to eat and play games. I had told them all about my brain surgery, but later I realized it was just a very vivid dream I had, so there was no giant surgery part on the back of my head. Since I had already told them I didn't want to seem like I was making up stories, so I just went with it. I told them not to look or touch the spot because I didn't want to get germs on it. Then I found a piece of gauze and some tape, so I could make a fake cover for the fake wound. The tape only had a tiny bit left, not nearly enough. So I ripped the tape into tiny pieces, hoping to get the gauze stuck to the back of my head. As I was in the bedroom doing this, I had somehow fallen asleep. My grandma came in to check on me and woke me up, I didn't even remember laying down or feeling sleepy at all. That's sbout all I remember.
