abs or boobs

Recently I had been worrying about my weight and that I'm too fat. I'm not (I'm average) but sometimes I feel fat. Anyway I was dreaming that I had gained 2 nipples under my boobs. As the dream went on it felt like days. The nipples were slowly growing until I had another 2 boobs. I thought it was really weird. Looking in the mirror with 4 boobs. The top two were the normal ones (a little big) and the bottom two were the ones that grew out of no where (A little smaller) I for some reason thought it would be a good idea to show my family and get their opinions. They all laughed other than mum. Mum told me to got and see the doctor. I did and when I lifted my top up he had a little chuckle and told me they were abs.. They definitely felt like and extra pair of boobs
