The Identity Thief

Me, my brother, sister, and mother were sitting in our living room, chatting, and laughing about stuff. Then, my father entered the house from our back door, which goes straight to the kitchen, so he entered the kitchen. Then, he said something to my mother, my mother was answering BUT I can also hear my mother answering from the kitchen and my father was also looking to that direction, as if he doesn't hear what my mother says (the one with us in the living room). So, out of confusion I checked our kitchen. I was so shook. I saw my mother preparing food for my father and talking to him. And so that's when I know that one of them was a doppelgänger. I looked back in the living room and I saw my mom suspiciously going towards the kitchen, as if she doesn't want to make something obvious even though it's very obvious that my father can neither hear nor see her. And so I prayed, and to my surprise, the other one going towards the kitchen suddenly became very weak and was about to fall down. As she was falling down, I held her tight into my arms, and my two siblings approached unbeknownst to what is happening. I touched her forehead as I was praying the Nicene's Creed while my siblings were holding her, preventing her from falling. I finished the prayer with an ending of "I confess one baptism for the forgiveness of all sins and of your sins, and I look forward to the resurrection of the dead and the light of the world to come. Amen." Then, she disappeared and I woke up. I hope that she'd be forgiven of her sins and that she may rest in peace.
