psychological horror dream

a woman who's done something wrong is in a bathroom, looking at herself in the mirror. she's startled when a man walks in holding a carrier that holds viles of blood. he says "i know you did it" and she becomes frantic, saying "no, it's not what it looks like." the man shakes his head, and says he'll prove that she's guilty, and he does so by taking one of the viles of blood and drinking it... it's then that she realizes he is dead. this sends the plot spiraling, because as she goes on to find a way to escape the man, the scene cuts to the ferris bueller trio, who are also on the run from someone, though it isnt clear who. i wish i knew if they made it okay.
