Elves

The main character of this dream was a little spirit guy who could travel between various worlds, including the real one that was inhabited by both elves and humans. They were a very tiny bit very powerful spirit who couldnt talk or control their abilities very well. They ended up being taken in by a small group of elves and sort of traveling the world, eventually feeling like the little band of elves was their family. They found out that the oldest elf was a pretty powerful and influential elf but was more interested in just traveling and experiencing things. At some point, the family found another elf who was using magic to pull spirits of powerful and respected elves into the real world to influence people. Turns out he brought one vengeful elf who felt that his people had ruined the world he had given them and, during a festival celebrating him and his achievements, began taunting and tormenting the participants. It was up to the little guy and his rag tag family to find out how to send him back before everything went to shit
