Dystopian Kids Prison

The dream took place in a future where children & young adults are kept as prisoners in large prison facilities and internment camps. Group of adults go out at night and hunt down children through a vast city being hidden by “criminal adults” I was younger, a prisoner. When a helicopter was scheduled to leave the prison to patrol, I tied a rope to it and hung on as it flew through the city. When close enough to a rooftop, I untied the rope and landed on the roof. The dream went into a third-person mode where I saw adult patrols kicking in doors and finding kids to arrest. Dream was extremely vivid and I remember everything including tiny details.
