Office of Skeksis

Trapped in an office building where the people were actually skeksis in human bodies. I knew this because I passed through a room that has a shallow cooking tray full of water and dead featherless baby birds. I was in danger of being found out at any moment. I wandered through the office, my phone dead. I needed my phone to get out of the building and K or S we’re going to call me to get me out. I had a charger, but it didn’t match ANY outlet. It would give me away if anyone else saw it. Someone showed me a photo of themselves getting a promotion, and I congratulated them. I think this made me look suspicious because they’re all very competitive and jealous. I should have sneered or something. At one point I tell people that I think I can finish my work from home and I’ll be heading out now. I don’t think I had been undercover/trapped long, but I was still just pretending so I could blend in.
