Commercial driving

I was driving down a street, and i passed by a movie theatre that was closed and abandoned. The marquee was tall with multicolored lights through the letters and address. Next door to the theatre was a residential YMCA and an old Lane Bryant across the street. An old ad on the side of the building was of a baseball player and his wife from the 1970s.
