Scary sleep paralysis

Sensation of floating / falling in darkness. Tried to remain calm and navigate my way through the black. As I gained more consciousness horrible lord of the rings ork-like beings filled my room and I knew I had to wake up. When I did my heart was pounding and was breathing heavily.
