Tear jerker dream

Okay this dream is really high on the wtf scale but I for some reason I was very touched by it cause I was actually crying as I woke up. My grandma was super depressed for some reason so I tried cheering her up. I remember my brother and I kept these two cats in our room at her house. I think there was more to this part of the dream but I don’t remember. My bro and gran went out with me to this little market that kinda reminded me of Corfu. There was this ultimate spicy curry challenge I decided to do. Before starting I ran to a grocery store on my own and it was super fancy! Like there was a golden chandelier and I didn’t recognize any brands- they were all fancy and odd. I had gone in to grab yoghurt in case i needed to cool down my mouth. While at the check out I saw this old man and a young girl who followed me out. Now here is where I don’t quite remember what happened so this may be odd and choppy: The two turned out to be members of the mob and the girl was actually this weird pink blob creature that recognized me from this recurring dream in which she waits and waits until I join her in bed and then she wakes up. There was this really sad music repeating the word waiting as I saw her dream replaying over and over. I woke up crying.
