Anxiety ridden dream

Based off of feeling, this dream had a lot of anxiety and resistance. By the end of all these difficult interactions, my dad asked about my license and said I need to pay an $850 fee for it because of him and a thing he checked off when I first got my license (according to my dream). I had exclaimed that my license was when I was living a happy life, a life of my dreams, and when I was on my way up.
