Sleep paralysis

This dream / sleep paralysis happened over the course of twenty mins. This is all I remember Someone left which I think it’s my best friend in real life, Caitlyn. She left a lot of her stuff behind. She was apparently or I was assuming she was coming back. But me and this person took a Polaroid picture it was sorta like a cat shapped one and it could move like a instagram boomer rang. Anyways I remember it wasn’t me in it the picture it was just character from a tv show. This person sit up the picture with replacing a pic. I realized I was dreaming and we were looking at her showed and they were Addis’s butterfly. This other person wanted to get rid of the shoes. I said no Caitlyn wouldn’t want that. I could feel myself waking up or something. But I was scared to lucid dream because I have school tomorrow and do it too long. But I stayed in. Next thing I know me and this other person which i still don’t his or her name and still haven’t fully see the face, sit down at a table that’s informs of we’re the desk it of the picture we took. Then suddenly everything become kinda like a shadow and the person across from me has the shadow cover him/her. I hear a voice saying a name I can’t remember but it was me, and I tried to flash light on my phone and I saw this mummy type with crossed arms and kinda red eyes, I felt like I have had this happen in a dream before but I’m not sure. I apparently turned it off and it was really dark. It was still talking the person across from me was really confused trying to convince me I’m okay or something. The voice stopped and I couldn’t move at all in the dream and I was trying to scream and move a little. I felt maybe I can scream in my dream which sounded if I did. Sleep paralysis part - it went pitch dark couldn’t move at all and all I was thinking was running to my moms room after. I remember telling myself “ don’t have a panic attack no is out to get you” so I tried so many things to wake myself up. I finally did and I woke up out of breath. Also my heart was beating so fast. I was so terrified never had one start in a dream before now I’m scared to go back to sleep. 12:00am-12:20 am it happened.
