Post Apocalyptic

I have a lot of post apocalyptic dreams but this one was different. Usually, I have to figure out how to get out of a city or a building and there is chaos all around. In this dream I was in a decrepit house or building and I was trying to call my ex boyfriend. The phone would pick up and I could hear jumbled voices and then it would just beep. I would call over and over again, the call being the same each time.
