Logan Drowns

So I was teaching swim lessons, and I had all my level 3 kids dive into the deep end but somehow Logan, one of the students who doesn't listen to directions very well, dove all the way down and got trapped in this thing and drowned, and he wasn't breathing and his pulse was really spotty and then I had to use an AED on him to revive him but I woke up before I knew he was alive again. I was afraid I'd get charged and taken to court even though I got to him and got him out of the water within the 20 second rule and it wasn't technically my fault.
