worms , maggots, & parasites

I had this dream last night it has impacted my day... I dreamt first that I was at a show & a former coworker of mine was playing & singing. Rock. Then he played remembering Sunday. Then it got eery . I was sitting on the couch & sawsomething crawling in my skin. It was wiggling up and down. Then I finally was able to push it to the surface. I pulled it out . It burned. I felt the burn in my arm then I felt it in my hand. It was like the worm or what ever it was bit me & went back in. I finally pulled it out & killed it. Then, I told my "mom" who was in RL my girlfriends Tia. That I needed to go to the hospital and she ignored me & passedout. I went & grab proxcide to wash out my arm then I felt it in my side leg I finally grab a knife and pulled out this parasite, worm looking fish thing & ran to the toilet , threw it in, then I jumped out onto the floor so I threw it in again & flushed it as it spit out green black shit. Then I remember this movie in my dream. That reminded me of the worms or what not. & I remember saying holy shit I'm sleeping. I ran out of the bath room & I said I just need to wake up. & someone who was supposly my sister said how do you know. I slapped my self & did it over and over again saying it doesn't hurt. I can't feel anything. I then went down the hall way where a group of people stopped me trying to convince me that I was not dreaming . They took my left eye and made me go blind , my right eye turned into a mouth and my lips were sewn Shut I screamed them ran outside where everything was normal. I saw my girlfriend and we started having sex in the street. & she told me she was going to help me wake up. I then woke up. Weird asf . Also I was able to scream , normally you can't do that
