Sorority/Family Drama/Choking

My aunt was a AKA. She wanted Kamryn and Kaitlyn to help her buy AKA gear (pink & green) . I jokingly said the family should wear read and black. My great grandmother added on and said "how about blue and white". My aunt said something rude to me and when I tried to defend myself, my grandma told me not to talk back. Then she went on to tell me how disrespectful I am and that I need to pray for a better attitude. I was so upset because my aunt mistreats me and my grandmother simply says "well you know how she is". As my grandmother and my aunt were talking, I felt like I was slowly suffocating and I couldn't say anything back to them at all. When I woke up, I was choking in real life due to the position I was sleeping in.
