MTL, a weird gym and Kids

First part of the dream, we’re all going to Montreal; and I know I’m so tired that I KO’d. The car is pretty spacious and when I wake up again that white guy from the gym is there (the one always wearing the hat). I say how’s it going and we start talking because he was just staring at me for the longest time. As we continue talking we make it to an apartment building and we go inside to drop him off or something. And we’re still talking and I think we kiss, I don’t remember. And then I wake up (in real life) and then go back to bed. This time, I think we’re still in MTL and Daman and I go to some girl’s house, she’s like a person who removes hair and she seems to work at a beauty salon. She’s talking about dying daman’s hair or something and then she looks at my arms and legs and says “omg there’s so much hair.” And she starts to try and take it off or something and then fast forward, we’re in the car going home. I wake up and then go back to bed lol. This time, we’re on the way back and we stop at this really weird store, and we’re trying to get some food. We come to this area where this guy is standing and it’s literally a breakfast in bed thing but all of their beds are made horribly. So, I just start fixing one to make the presentation better and he had 3 others and he gave us free food for those since I cleaned them up and made them loop flawless. I then get a pet rat or something that I take with me on the way home. On the way home, I’m sitting in the middle back seat and our car at the front is huge. The middle console is normal but the area where the radio and stuff is, is all a huge touch screen. We’re on our way home and something happens and I let the rat go. I get back into the car and I e go to pick up the white guy from the gym (who we initially picked up). And we take him home. I wake up (in real life) and then go back to bed. In this part of the dream, I’m going to the gym, but it’s different; it looks like it’s more in a gymnasium (high ceilings and stuff). And I see Ash there and Rena and Pinder. Ash comes up to me and says hi. We talk and he walks away. As I’m about to deadlift or squat, I start doing stretches and a girl and kid walk up to me. The little kid is so cute and I’m talking to her about her day and the other girl I notice is wearing a costume. Another old guy comes to talk to me about what they’re doing and it’s some sort of party they’re having in the room to the right of the gym. They ask me if I want to join and I say sure. Fast forward a bit and I’m hanging out with a bunch of kids and people younger than me. The little girl hasn’t left my side and then they’re supposed to go to someone’s house, so she leaves with the kids. During this time, there’s somehow a time shift and the older kids and I are sitting in a room with an coffee table and a bunch of couches. And the white girl to my right is yelling at another guy about messing up all the pieces and throwing them around (they’re playing some sort of board game). And then we hear the bell go off (somehow we’re in a house now) and my clothes have changed from gym clothes to a regular t shirt and jeans. And someone opens the door and the little girl, with other kids and she runs up to me and starts speaking really quietly. As I’m speaking to her, I’m crouched down to her level, and she’s telling me about what she eat, the white guy from before comes and puts his hands on her shoulders. Turns out that she’s his sister. And we get to talking and then I wake up.
