Submerged city

The news is out and an entire city is submerged in the rising sea levels. Enormous earth like boulders are the only floating remains of what once was Berma or another city in Eurasia The boulders were so large and earth like they were black almost and polished stone or tumbled stone the earth was a sand color clay tinged red. Not much vegetation. So it doesn’t normally rain or have water there
