The drought/flood

There was a big flood on its way in CA. Was w dad and a few other characters. We are running through the streets in the afternoon as if once it gets dark the rain starts pouring. It feels so much like a movie and half the time we are joking/messing around. All of a sudden I’m watching a movie w Charlie about this fast car chase. One is an electric convertible car that looks like a rocket and a sailboat had sex, the other one is a super fast red car driven by a rookie player. (Earlier I see a Dodge Viper but jeep style in the parking lot. The guy screeches out like he’s rushing home cuz of the rains and this other girl is driving a jeep and I show her that I have my special rain drought/flood ball to protect me) - back to the chase, The lead car is driving backwards and I can see the interior is like a red leather couch. These guys then stop and crawl into a hole in the road that has a magic neon green door that slowly disappears into the ground. The rookie drives upon them just in time to see the door shut and the credits roll - Charlie and I figure the rain comes and he gets washed away. Earlier lots of FF players/picks. Some sort of fraternal apprtment with a bunch of bunks/shared beds for a community college class or something. I’m walking thru an outdoor hallway and along a driveway an assembly line of helicopters tours are being given out. Earlier, was in some sort of undercover spy mission with work employees. I remember hiding in soil in someone’s yard and oil being everywhere
