Turned into statues by a witch

I can't remember much detail but me and 3 girls were part of some kind of group (like a team of super heroes or spies or something) and our enemy was a witch (basically Michelle Pfeiffer's character from Stardust) We confronted the witch but she turned us all into statues. We could still move our limbs (with much less flexibility) but we couldn't open our mouths. The witch also told me that she'd removed my genitals but let the girls keep theirs (sexism much???) The girls then started doing the witch's bidding, I guess hoping that she'd turn them back. However I refused to work for her and tried to think of a way to defeat her. I don't think I managed to though.
