my tooth fell out

So I was just in my house and I was wearing my retainer. It was really loose but I didn't think about it. The next morning I wake up and my left front tooth is quite a bit longer than normal and my other front tooth is shorter than normal then I notice a huge gap about the size of a quarter between them. Then I notice the right front tooth (the smaller one) is rotten and bloody at the top of it and really loose. Then I pull that tooth out. And all of my teeth start to rot right then.
