Does anybody else here actually lucid dream??

Because almost every single dream Ive seen posted is just a regular dream. I'm not even sure most of the people posting know what a lucid dream is. Just curious to hear from the other dreamers out there who regularly go lucid, because I was hoping to maybe learn something.
