dream about lucid dream

this one was weird. I don't remember much but what I do remember was flying through a green valley being chased by a flying evil ship (the boat kind). I think it has something to do with escaping a nightmare but the ship came with. when we reached the end of the valley it was like a level was completed and I "woke up" almost like a false awakening but not vivid. I remember thinking "oh that was a lucid dream" so I went back into it and I remember doing stabilisers like rubbing my hands together and spinning. then had some sex. I know it wasn't a lucid dream because I couldn't control anything. it was more like watching a movie effect. I think the nightmare part of it was escaping some black metal band trying to kill me. something that stood out for me was in the dream, when flying through he valley I fell off my ship and started falling in slow motion through the sky. I remember thinking shit I need a ship or soemthing and tried to visualise me on one and then it happened. I also remember reading a post on reddit about a guy that just sat on the floor during a lucid and watched his surroundings get clearer and clearer. I did that and kid of had that effect but I wasn't lucid enough for it to happen perfectly. the dream was still really vague and I didn't feel like I had full control so I wouldn't call it a lucid dream. but it's a step in the right direction.
