awake or not awake

The dream started in my room. I was sitting behind my desk and doing some stuff on my laptop when my mom walked in. I wished her goodnight and told her I'd go to sleep soon too. Before I could though I ran into some problems. First I couldn't turn of my computer, no matter what I tried. I even tried to take out the battery, but nothing worked. After some time I just threw it away and tried turning off the TV. This one just kept switching to full sound mode for some reason, which annoyed me a lot, because my parents were asleep and I didn't want to wake them. After some time I made it to bed and fell asleep. The dream switched as soon as I fell asleep in the previous dream. Now I was in my room, lying in bed. At first I was lying on my belly. It was also like there was someone standing next to me. I couldn't really see him though. He was saying something, but I can't remember what it was. I realised because of it that it was a dream. Suddenly the bed dissapeared from under me and appeared again in my back. I was now lying in bed again, but on my back. I was just lying there, still a bit dazed, when my left armpit itched a little. I scratched it and the guy said as soon as I did that: well maybe it's time for you to stop scratching that and just wake up and face reality. The dream shifted a bit again. I was still lying in my bed with the dude next to me, but under my arm was now a very painful swelling. I couldn't move my arm towards my body without feeling an intense pain. He told me he'd been taking care of me pretty much my entire life, while I was bedridden because of strange disease. I had lived in some sort of coma and supposedly dreamed my entire real life. I knew that he wasn't telling the truth, but I did hesitate for a moment and consider the possibility that this was indeed my real life and that my real life had been a dream, which was kind of an aweful thought. Luckily I managed to wake up soon afterwards. Immediately the pain under my arm was gone and I could fully move my arm around again, which was a relief.
