Car crash and unable to run?

I was in a car with my aunt and mom. My mom was in the back seat, my aunt was driving and I was in the passenger seat. We were about to drive onto a bridge, when a dude is driving in the opposite direction in OUR LANE. And I'm screaming "omg what are you doing!" But no one can hear me (creepy right?). And then the whole scene is in slow motion and I'm waiting for the airbags to pop out and for our car to slide. But the airbags don't pop out and we do slide but we're completely fine, whereas the other car slid into a one way alley -guy was panicking in slow motion. Then my aunt drives off the bridge and looks for a place to park on the side of the road so we can call an ambulance. And I offered to run back to the driver, but when I started running, it was like I was trying to run up a wall or in water, it was extremely slow and my legs would hardly move.
