Time Machine Arbitrage

Started off as a dream about being at work. Then, was in a room with 3 or 4 other people and we discovered a time machine. (It was a small room with two sofas in front of a big analog TV. Machine plugged into the wall to the right.) You had to be in touch with the machine to travel and it was important to keep the electricity and network on otherwise it may sever the connection. (Actually, it was more of a dimension hopper.) We devised a plan to go to an alternate timeline and buy guns online, then never pay a guy back as we returned? The details were unclear. It was obvious there was some danger involved. At one point there were people over at the house/apt, including the guy we planned to scam. My dream self was actually very suspicious/nervous and accidentally knocked out the router’s cable. Dream over
