1st Lucid dream on purpose

Date: 2/26/2018

I became "conscious", to what appeared to be outside, trees nearby, possibly a small parking lot. 3 big guys on the left, a car right of center and on big guy coming at me on the right. It took a lot of mental energy to look and focus on my left hand. Once I did, I threw a fist at the guy and it seemed like it moved in slow motion and required a lot of mental energy. My fist went into his body in the shoulder area knocking him back w/the force of Thor. I was suddenly in what looked like a enormous warehouse, same guys coming at me. It took a lot of mental energy but w/mental will power and thought I flew upwards. I flew around but it required a lot of concentration, I floated down gently a few times. Each time a guy coming at me, I punched into his body, he was knocked back, and I flew up again. I flew partially into a purple and black cloud of who knows what that weaved around the ceiling and walls. My head, right shoulder and arm were in this ominous cloud and it was extremely difficult to move and get out of both physically and mentally. I couldn't see exactly what the cloud was until I flew back a bit. Once I was finally out of it, I got a better perspective. Then I woke up. I realized in my dream that I was dreaming and consciously controlled all of my actions.
