Young Mansion Workers

I was at some sort of dark wood mansion with some twenty other people between the ages of 16 and 20 (they were all mature in mentality and responsible, even the kids). There was an overseer of sorts, maybe at the age of 30, who was telling us what to do; we were forced to obey. We weren’t allowed to do anything in the mansion itself except for sleep there and clean as most of our duties were farming and other agricultural activities. Most of the people were outside hoeing the fields and rearranging the outdoor decorations such as mycorrhizae covered logs and flat river stones. The few others that weren’t outside being forced to worth with gardening included myself and maybe three or four others. We were inside of a sort of barn, but it had lines of desktop computers in them. These computers were usually used for fishy things. I was to be on one of the computers. I walked into the cold and dark barn and walked up to one of the desktops. I wiggled the mouse and the screen popped on immediately. The picture was unusually and mesmerizingly bright. A girl sat to my left at another desktop and we were to do whatever fishy online things were expected for the day. Boy, was I glad I didn’t have to work outside in the cold morning dew.
