There was a old religeous jewish couple and a middle aged man related to them that I was having dinner with. The old man and woman were ranting to us at the dinner table about how youtubers talk to eachother on their new iPhones and buy new shoes all the time. The middle aged man made a joke and asked what her shoe size is. Then i was at work at a fast food restaurant, I had a visor and everything. I had a gross buffalo sauce chicken wrap that was almost finished, and all sauce with barely any chicken. I put it in a microwave and started to heat it up. One of my coworkers was a Muslim girl who looked about 21-23 years old. She wore a berka under her visor. She was on the phone with a customer and when she saw my wrap she said ew. Then she started to explain to the customer that she’s talking about a buffalo chicken wrap. The customer asked to describe it further so she said “it’s not really halal or kosher, can’t have one without the other”. The customer asked if she’d recommend them to try it and she looked at me unsure whether to be honest or tell them to try it.
