reocurring/plant/dream

so I had my reocurring fish dream but this time it was with plants. so I like forgot to water these plants for like months and when I remembered they were shriveled but a lot of them were resprouting new plants? and it looked like they weren't losing water, but losing dirt instead bc for some reason when I tried to add more diirt, it kept filling up with water
