running away & getting caught?

so it was night, and i was outside of my house bored. my mom was sitting right outside of the door to the house with her friend talking. my brothers and we're in the pole barn as well as my dad. suddenly my mind told me that my house isn't mine anymore. it still looked the same, and my family was still outside of it, but it wasn't ours. i was walking down the little hill to our patio in the back, and a boy popped out of the basement doors. i told him i wanted to runaway and he said i can go with him in that house. technically my house, but not in his nor my head. and it wasn't even our BASEMENT doors that he came out of. there were three small room sized compartments. he was living in one, his brother was living in the other, and father was living in the third. they were not connected to the complete inside of the house, and i needed to get supplies and pack to runaway. i tell him this, that i need to go in through another door in the house. keep in mind my mom is at the front. so i know exactly where another door was, and i had to just hope that it was locked. i start running and suddenly i get jerked back. i was holding my phone, which was apparently attached to a charger cord all the way up to (my brothers) bedroom. my mom heard me jerk back and fall so she walked over and asked what was going on. i started to walk the other way, towards where she was and said i thought i saw a lightning bug so i was trying to catch it. then as we are halfway towards where she was in the beginning, she see something light up where i fell. it was a PHONE. it was the guy's phone!!!! she was SO confused and i was like "see that's what i saw! i thought it was a lightning bug. i think that's (my friends). i'll give it back to her tomorrow at school". and so that's how that ended i didn't really get to runaway rip
