I killed my sisters - worst nightmare I’ve ever had

My younger sister Elisa told me that I had drunkenly killed our youngest sister Grace the night before and that I didn’t remember it. We were both wizards, so we went back in time to try to stop it and to see what happened. Elisa and I walked into this bar. She went to sit with Grace at a high top and I went to the bar. I knew I was underage so I just bought some sprite. Elisa and Grace bought alcoholic drinks and got drunk. I was sitting and talking with people at the bar when my sisters came over to me. Grace turned into Gollum and started attacking me. She choked me so I grabbed her face and held it down, all while she bit my hand. They took her away to the hospital, and I told Elisa that I didn’t kill her. She told me that she died on the way there. Then I told her that I wasn’t drunk, and she said “yeah you are”. Then I realized that I was seeing the dream from Elisa’s perspective, and I was the one who had gotten drunk with Grace. I neglected to do anything, and that killed both my sisters. Elisa died later that day because of internal bleeding in her hand. She wrote a goodbye letter beforehand that said at one point “I just want Grace to be safe.” She also posted to her Instagram a blurry picture of her hand with the caption “elementary school fights”. I saw both of these things and started sobbing. I thought about calling my boyfriend because I was just overwhelmed with grief and guilt. I screamed, and I don’t know if I did it in my dream or in real life. Either way, that’s when I woke up, and I woke up sobbing. It took me several minutes to calm down.
