Camping out with the Cats

In my other dream, my cats became outdoor cats, which is not allowed in our apartment irl, but in the dream we allowed them to do that. The cats chose to live on the second floor walkway of the apartment behind ours, and my sister, so desperate to be near her kitties, chose to go live there with them. She took a sleeping bag and rolled it out on the walkway, next to the railing, right in front of peoples apartment doors. I wanted to go camp with the kitties too, but the idea of sleeping on cement did not appeal to me.
