Tall faceless guy with scissor hands and tentacles from the waist down

I was walking alone through some sort of forest and it was almost pitch black out. Shadows kept passing in front of me but no one was there. Then all of a sudden I'm running and every time I look back it's screaming and trying to kill me. Reaching out with its claw hands and trying to rip me apart. The last thing I remember is falling and the thing turning me over and slitting my throat.
