cooking stress

I dreamt that I was cooking stuffed potato skins with a remoulade... But it was very stressful and I was always worried the skins would burn or the remoulade wouldn't turn out right. This is very strange because I didn't even know what a remoulade was. I looked it up and it was the same as my dream, but it's not used for potatoes. It's used for shrimp and fish, like a tarter sauce.
